Wood Hub, the new headquarters of CFE, BPI, BPC Group and Wood Shapers, focuses on collaboration and well-being, sustainability and innovation.

This project incorporates all the competences of the group: BPI Real Estate is responsible for the development of the project, while BPC Group, in association with Wood Shapers, is responsible for the construction.
VMA will install the special techniques and the "Smart Building" software.
Within Wood Hub, the focus will be on living together, with Smart Building spaces and systems to optimize the user experience. This circular and exemplary office project is built with a mixed wood/concrete CREE structure. A future proof, NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) and certified BREEAM Outstanding, Wood Hub will be heated and cooled using geothermal energy and heat pumps coupled with 120KWB of photovoltaic panels. No fossil fuels will be required to operate it. Located close to a metro station, it will promote soft mobility.
